Luc and Lise Pavelot have been in charge of the domaine since the early 1990s. Based in the heart of the village of Pernand-Vergelesses, they're continuing a family business handed down by their father Regis and grandfather Maurice. They have been producing 'bio' wines since 2006 and were fully certified in 2009. No herbicides and only plowing between the rows. They're now producing ~35,000 bottles per year from their 9-hectares, which sell out fast.
