Incredibly vivacious with notes of crushed stones and a steely acidity that gives this wine great energy and texture. There’s an elevated level of complexity relative to the Petit Chablis that comes from the older vines. Harmonious aromas and flavors of citrus and whites flowers meld together to create an accompaniment to your cheese course, more delicate seafood offerings and of course oysters. In this vintage, this wine should evolve comfortably for 5 years. However, it’s not going to be easy to keep around unless you really load up.
