100% old-vine Albariño from the region's standard bearer, Francisco Dovalo Lopez. It is fermented with natural yeasts and then spent seven months in stainless steel on the lees. What we get is a rich, deep, complex Albariño. A truly great wine. Orange water and floral scents jump from the glass. I never want to stop smelling this wine. A richness graces the palate and then flavors of citrus and salty, sea foam minerality join the party. A true joy to drink if you ever decide to stop smelling this beauty.
