An intense selection in the vineyards and the sorting table yielded only 1800 bottles of Friulano in 2014. We have 60 of them. Notes of mandarin, lime, white flowers and nuttiness meld together in a wine that is amazingly approachable and drinkable right now. The finish shows a complex, spicy element that keeps you coming back for more. I would drink these over the next two to four years with all types of lighter fare. Fish seafood, pasta, crudité, charcuterie.
